WORKOUT STRATEGY & FLOW:
Four minutes will go by fast! Aim for 90% of your max capacity each set.
Aim for unbroken sets of shoulder to overheard throughout the entirety of the workout. Complete 10 reps on one arm until you switch to the other arm.
Aim for unbroken on the box step ups. You can rack the dumbbell on your shoulder or down by your hip.
Pick up each amrap where you left off to leave you with one total set of rounds + reps.
