Single arm dumbbell rows and goblet squats are ideally unbroken. The push ups are ideally done in 1-3 sets. Use the transition to gain your breath and rest.

However long it took you will be the amount of time you rest. For instance, if it takes you 1:30 for the first set, then rest 1:30. If you takes you 1:33 second set, then rest 1:33 before the next one.
