WORKOUT STRATEGY & FLOW:
This is an EMOM, which means every minute on the minute. Once you complete the reps for that minute, rest until the next whole minute.
Go hard on the 200m run. If you don't have space to run, sub :45 high knees.
Aim for full range of motion on the chair dips.
If you are able to box jump, make sure to STEP DOWN! If you don't have a box complete tuck jumps.
