WORKOUT STRATEGY & FLOW:
This is a "Fight Gone Bad" style workout. Aiming for max reps on each station.
I recommend counting up! For instance, if you get 30 alternating rdls, start at rep 31 for the first alternating leg v-up.
Aim for unbroken reps on the alternating leg v-ups, step back lunges, and box jumps.
All of the box jumps are STEP DOWN! If you don't have a box, sub tuck jumps.
